Whilst we united as a nation and region to support the victims of current war conflict in Russia/Ukraine, please know that travel-wise the CEE region has not been restricted in any way. We are of course monitoring the situation closely and will keep you updated in our regular newsletters on any potential impact in the near and far future.
The situation is understood as Force Majeure and in case of incapability of travel due to the war conflict or remaining Covid restrictions, we kept our very flexible cancellation policy. See our registration form.
Luxury Bloc Covid precautions
While Mandarin Oriental has adapted internal safety measures issued by MO HQ, we have also following measures and predations in place:
welcome kit including a mask, sanitizer and gloves (currently wearing is optional)
distance between appointment tables
event venues are of triple capacity than current number of attendees and with terraces to keep the space ventilated and allow people to mingle at distance if required
